Clean, quiet hotel and in a good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Breakfast very French and good quality. Happy to come back!

Very clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as we wanted be out and about. Our room (No 15) was very clean and there was plenty of hot water for showers etc. However, I would say the room was incredibly small (more like a cupboard) and the only window was to the interior courtyard with a view onto the ground floor roofs of the hotel; very, very dark and gloomy. They sky was way up high somewhere above the other floors You could not tell what the weather was doing outside. Quite a depressing room. There are other rooms with real daylight coming through the windows. Don't choose Room 15.

This hotel is really shady and doesn't mind lying to its customers. During my stay, I was asked if I wanted to pay in USD or EUD, and I wasn't sure what the difference was and the front desk decided to charge me in USD. This led to a 60 USD fee by their payment processor, but I wasn't told I would incur this charge. The hotel told me they would refund me the $60 if I took down my bad review (which I did) but they never refunded me.

I stayed for two nights at this charming little Parisian hotel, great location, a wholesome breakfast and a lovely staff. Metro and bus service just next door, jardin de Luxembourg is less than 400m away.

I was entirely surprised by my stay here, as I booked it through a third party and didn't know what to expect upon arrival. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful in finding me nearby restaurants and checking to make sure transportation was working when I needed to go somewhere. The breakfast was delicious, room was spacious and quiet. I was able to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and the train station. I felt safe here, too.
